Clary Sage is known to help increase your levels of the hormone oxytocin, which can help stimulate your uterine muscles to contract. Using clary Sage during labour may help ease stress and pain levels. Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil helps relax and ease stressful feelings, and has a purifying character that helps promote deep breathing.
Directions: Apply to pressure points from 40 weeks or when labour starts. Can be used together with the Malo. Himalayan Salt Massage Ball during labour on pressure points to help calm & ease stress.
