However, unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Billy Lidz is not responsible for any item that runs out of stock or are discontinued by the manufacturer while displayed online. We will however endeavour to keep the site up to date.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Please be advised that any order placed that has a Pre Order Item within the order will be fulfilled when all items including the Pre Order items become available. If you are requiring any part of your order that is an non pre order item it is advised that you place a separate order for those required now and then another order for the pre order item. Billy Lidz reserve the right to accept or reject any offer for any reason, including, but not limited to, an error or omission in the price or the product description, or errors in your order.
No binding contract shall be formed unless Billy Lidz communicate to you that it has accepted your order and payment of the purchase price has been confirmed.
Prices, products and offers include GST (where applicable) for Australian customers. Prices are correct at time of online publication but are subject to change without notice.
Billy Lidz must be contacted prior to the exchange of any goods.
We will gladly credit or exchange products in original sale condition on presentation of the original sales docket within 14 days. No exchange or refunds given on any Sale items. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error or garment fault. Further delivery costs may be incurred on exchange of products.
